Inside, you didn’t quite know where to look - the sofas were floral, the fixtures and fittings looked as though they had been drawn by Smart Arty of 90s kids show ‘Zzzap!’ and the Blobby family loo even matched Mr Blobby’s pink and yellow spotted exterior! There was a bizarre TV and record player standing proudly in the lounge, too. You may remember eagerly walking past the quaint little white picket fence, spotting those plastic flowers sitting proudly on the windowsills and finally reaching the iconic front door, where you would pose for a photo before ringing that, now haunting, doorbell. It was arguably the site’s most popular attraction. Welcomed by an array of Blobby-themed furniture, often with a member of the Blobby family putting it to good use, visitors could explore the place Mr Blobby called home. It was, well pink, yellow and spotted, with a blue roof and a big, welcoming archway inviting visitors to step inside. Mr Blobby’s house was typical of a pink and yellow spotted individual.
